When trying to access https://bugs.openfabrics.org/
I see:
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at bugs.openfabrics.org.

Similar with Internet Explorer.

Anyone else having problems, or if this is a known problem, do we know when it 
will be solved?
