Thanks! I couldn't find a maintainer anywhere, so I just took the most
recent entry in the changelog.

...and Tziporet asks, in another e-mail:

It certainly isn't critical; just a nice-to-have change that I'm making
internally here at QLogic and figured I'd send upstream.
