OFED Bugzilla is located here: http://bugs.openfabrics.org/ We are now working on OFED 4.8-1 and hope to quickly move to OFED 4.14 so I think it is unlikely that the EWG would spin a new release for OFED 3.18 but we would be glad to know of the issue so we can resolve it if it still exist in OFED 4.8-1.
