Position: Distributed Server/Storage/Data Sys Admin Location: Charleston, SC Duration: 6+ Months Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience. Main Responsibilities: Installs, investigates and resolves matters of significance with computer software and hardware equipment. Coordinates the installation of client department specific applications and systems. Determines appropriate method for installing applications and systems; resolves matters of significance and implements corrective course of action as needed. Upgrades system software/hardware components as required to meet business needs; coordinates backups. Ensures upgrades are within established parameters. Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printer, servers and applications to meet business needs. Performs troubleshooting to isolate/diagnose common system problems; documents system events ensuring continuous functioning. Recommends course of action and implements as approved. Utilizes standard corporate tools to record and track change and problem activities. Installs, tests, upgrades and configures system files and services to enhance performance. Minimum skill level requires proficiency at speaking, reading, and writing in English at a level that is equivalent to a technical bachelor?s degree. Prepares written executive level incident notifications Shift requirement is 2nd shift. Individuals must be flexible to changing shifts and times Requires ability to maintain a network of and work effectively with diverse individuals and teams Must have ability to escalate when support teams are not performing to established OLAs Must have expertise with Incident and Problem Management Must be able to understand complex IT architecture and infrastructure Must have the ability to work on-site and virtually in a high-stress environment utilizing standard IT tools (Blackberry, Laptop, MS Office Apps, etc) Must support on-call to 2nd and or 3rd shifts on days of shift. This is an additional ~20 hours to their 40 hours of shifted work and requires ability to get on-line to support incidents within 5 minutes of receiving alert Travel will be necessary to collaborate with the team in Washington Part of a Team that delivers 7x24x365 application and service availability for applications hosted on multiple Boeing and external environments Individuals receive and act upon all alerts for responsible infrastructure and applications within the target SLA times (2 minute response, 5 minute communication, 15 minute restore) 7x24x365 utilizing both direct and on-call support Coordinates and leads cross-functional teams via group telecon, individual engagements, email and other correspondence Determines impacts to customers, correlation to potential causes and executes low level mitigations Initiates engagement of resources to support service restoration *Thanks & Regards.....* *Arif* *Technical Recruiter.* *a...@centraprise.com <a...@centraprise.com>* *Centraprise Corp Edison , New Jersey.* *3 Ethel Rd,Suite # 304.
