Hi Janet,

Please enter the date in Excel recognizable format i.e., mm/dd/ instead
of dd/mm/. Then days can be calculated with the formula you have already
entered.

Thanks

Re: $$Excel-Macros$$ Help: Date to Days conversion

2010-09-18 Thread Aindril De
Hi Janet,

This can be possible if you have the dates in proper date format.
>From the data it seems that the dates are not in the proper format.
If you can enter the dates in a consistent format, then you can easily use
the following formula in Column C to get the days

=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"d") - Paste this formula in C2 and then copy it down.

Please let me know if you need any further help on this.

Regards,
Andy

Mr Rasheed,

We can write a macro such that can pass through number of dates,
compare with the current date and return the details of the bills to
be paid today in a message box.

RE: $$Excel-Macros$$ Replacing a specific tag/text based on a value

2010-09-18 Thread Dave Bonallack

Hi,

The answer to all your questions is Yes. But what we need in order to offer
specific help, is a framework - at least a sort of skeleton of a workbook, with
as much info as you know how to put in. From there, we can probably help you
little by little.

Regards - Dave.
