$$Excel-Macros$$ Macro to copy and paste selected raws.xls

Attachment to my request.

Attached is a sample file. I need a macro code to copy selected raws 
(yellow highlighted) from the liquidity tab of a given spreadsheet and 
paste to other file say 'Book1'. The selection criteria would be based 
on Column A. I want to copy first working day of each month. the 
day should not be either saturday, sunday or holidays. (you can have 
list of holidays on other tab approx 10 days in a given calendar year) 

Per my understanidng this task can be done other way also, copy entire 
spread sheet to Book1 and delete unwanted raws ( means raws not 
matching above criteria) 

Much wiill be appreciated if some one help me this.

i m comparing 3 cells with one columns with the help of sumif.I just
want to autopopulate distinct value from this columns write now I am
using array formula for the same but this make it file so heavy and it
will take time in calculating cells if you need futher information
please let me know where i enclosed my sheet.Please help as in
validation if someone select TMP (is a channel name) then there city
will show.if someone select another channel then there branchname will
show.Please call me if you need further calirification in this my no.
