Hi Group

With the below code, it is possible to jump to the link. How would it be
possible to add an alias to url. Eg. instead of www.UN.com, then it would
display *Homepage of the UN*.

Option Explicit
private Sub Workbook_Open()

Dim ie As Object
Dim url As String
Set ie = CreateObject("internetexplorer.application")
ie.Visible = True
url = "http://www.un.com";
ie.navigate url

End Sub

$$Excel-Macros$$ Pivot Table data range update

2012-02-13 Thread Awal
I have code to query a database and return data to the "data" sheet.
The number of rows of data returned will vary.
Through VBA code, how do I tell the pivot table to update the range of
the source data (which is really to update the last row).

(Selecting CTRL-End, goes past where the actual data ends)

Thank you.

Subject: $$Excel-Macros$$ Price Download from NSE - Urgent

Hi Experts,

Can anyone suggest a way to directly download the prices from NSE website? I
can provide ticker in a cell.

I am talking about downloading the latest price following url:

http://nseindia.com/live_market/dynaContent/live_watch/get_quote/GetQuote.jsp?symbol=JUBLFOOD

Please treat this as an urgency.

Thanks,
Sharad
