Hi, Can someone give me a formula for calculating the discounting factor to get present value of monthly interest payment? just found that you're defining the fpath only if you select Yes. also, I suggest you use Option Explicit at the top of your module. This will ensure that you have all variables declared. If I do that, it says that Quit = True is defining a new variable called Quit and setting it to true. I'm not sure that is what you intended. good luck.
