Hi sir,
 Thanks for the revert, Actually i didn't understands source of ur
data means.
   Let me tell you all clear that i have many buisness
card, travel car and any card collected in a form of hard copy, so instead
of carrying all those card, i have put those data in a excel (like
attached). it start from cell -E4.
  And i have lot to  card to be enter manually one by one
as the card is in hard copy (E column onwards).

  i hope you have understand what i am trying to describe. in fact
i have explain in the attached sheet.
