I want data for only one city in one workbook for example in attached sheet, 4 
city name data is present so I want 4 separate workbooks each contains data for 
only one city. Hence finally I will get 4 workbooks saved based on city name.

I want count of how many assigned on that particular day based on Date Assigned 
column in second sheet but time should be between 7:30AM to 5:00 PM to take 
count of that day.

Ex: how many assigned on 6th August between 7:30AM to 5:00 PM, if date is 6th 
and time is above 5 PM then it should come in 7th August data.
