$$Excel-Macros$$ duplicating data

I have 2 excel worksheets, both are in different formats. Both will
contain the same data but spread across different parts of the
worksheets.

if I have filled in the data for 1 worksheet, how can i automate this
data to be filled into the other worksheet?

I have a spreadsheet that lists, with start dates in column C. I would
like to be able to automatically number the dates which fall within
the same week

example, if start date falls within this week, column D will be
labelled as 1. if start date falls within next week, column D will be
labelled as 2. if start date falls within 3rd week, column D will be
labelled as 3 and so on...

Can anyone clue me in as to how to do this?

I used to reference cells in our worksheets (e.g. =Sheet1!C6). if
Sheet1!C6 is empty i will get a 0 in my cell. How can i get a blank
cell if Sheet1!C6 is an empty cell?
