Select the upper left corner of the worksheet. Above row 1 and the the left of column A. This will select the entire worksheet. Right click any of the row numbers, then select unhide. The lookup names have to be entered the same on both sheets, some need a space and some don't have a space. Look more closely at the ones that yield #N/A. Then you could delete the columns to the right of column F

copy down.
=COUNTIF($C$2:C2,C2)&". ("&TEXT(B2,"dd/mm/")&") - "&D2
Delete the columns to the right of column E

should work in cell E2 and copy down.
