 by effect you mean how other sheets are linked to that sheet by
 formula, why don't you try looking at the trace dependants feature in
 the formula tab of Excel.

Dear Danial,

Please use

 =Get.cell(21,indirect(RC[1],)  and create Name range.

then use simple

=SUMPRODUCT(($A$5:$A$9=FALSE)*(C5:C9))

or

=SUMIF($A$5:$A$9,FALSE,C5:C9)

See attached sheet for more reference.

But now this my query is more difficult to do, so I need your help because as I

Actually I tried my level best but in my task I need function formula which

Dear Danial,

Please use

 =Get.cell(21,indirect(RC[1],)  and create Name range.

then use simple

=SUMPRODUCT(($A$5:$A$9=FALSE)*(C5:C9))

or

=SUMIF($A$5:$A$9,FALSE,C5:C9)

See attached sheet for more reference.

Please revert if you have any query.

We have manufacturer unit and using fox base software, but now we are going to

and after processing in excel transfer to SQL software of back financial year.
But now this my query is more difficult to do, so I need your help because as I
told there are thousands of record to process and is more difficult to do
manually. If you have a solution for my query it will be more useful for me.

Actually I tried my level best but in my task I need function formula which
receive data from another sheet only once time (not repeat), inshort I use
vlookup but there are repetition of data, what is the function in which data
not repeat if some type of condition true.

Thanks.

From: shrinivas...@gmail.com
To: excel-macros@googlegroups.com

Dear Experts
I want a help for charts.
I wants to make a 3 charts in one graph,but problem is that the ranges are
different for eg ranges are as follows
range -1  =: 13 to 15
range -2  =: 19 to 22
range -1  =: 28 to 32

If i make all the charts in one graph then the scale will taken as from (min 13
to max 32) which is very large scale suppose there is a reading in the range
(12.8, 13.1, 12.5) due to large scale it doesnot show difference on graph
Actually I want is that Can I adjust the Y scale Like (13 to 15 then 19 to 22
and then 28 to 32) as there is no reading in between

DAta sheet and graph attached (chart1 sheet 1)

Waiting for reply

Dear All,

I am not sure what are the rules to define “high priority”. I am not sure why
this was taken other way round.

 Try this. Make sure you do not have any line breaks

 Option Explicit

 Sub CopyShtwitoutdecimals()
 Dim i As Long
 Dim lr As Long
 Dim lc As Long
 Dim mf As Range

 For i = 1 To Sheets.Count
 With Sheets(i)
 lr = .Cells.Find(*, Cells(Rows.Count, Columns.Count) _
 , , , xlByRows, xlPrevious).Row
 lc = .Cells.Find(*, Cells(Rows.Count, Columns.Count) _
 , , , xlByColumns, xlPrevious).Column
 Set mf = .Cells.Find(What:=Activity, LookIn:=xlValues, _
 LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlNext, _
 MatchCase:=False)
 If Not mf Is Nothing Then
 .Range(.Cells(mf.Row, 1), .Cells(lr, lc)).NumberFormat = 0.00
 End If
 End With
 Next
 Sheets(Sheet1).UsedRange.Value = Sheets(Sheet1).UsedRange.Value
 Sheets(Sheet1).Copy
 End Sub
