$$Excel-Macros$$ Formula not being copied down

Hellow Guys,

While copying formula in my excel work book, formula is taking fixed
reference but not the relative reference.
while saving the file, it gets automatically corrected.
Pls. clarify what is the issue here?

I got it.
Its an issue with settings.
formula - calculation option - automatic
It was manual earlier.

I am Johnson, Chartered Accountant working currently as a Finance
Controller of a SChneider Group company.
I am thankful to individual memberrs of this group as they helped me a lot
in learning various advanced tricks of Excel which will help me in my day
to day job.
