need help on filter countif formula not showing only filtered calculation(
count )
but count visible working fine
here in attached file i put formula
but when i put filter on pname showing all other count

i have data in ms access & sqlite multiple files

regularly i received data in excel
ms access & sqlite data received once in a month

i convert access & sqlite data which data present in excel than use vlookup 
formula

need your help to update data to excel file from ms access & sqlite

daily i receive 4-5 excel file email from my friends i download that file
in to a folder
on sunday i copied all files in to 1 file
sir need a macro button to copy of all that files in to single workbook
without any data change
using (open dialog window choose that particular folder)
ex: folder name = 6sept14
files : arun6, ravi6,raju6,kulkarni6,
arun15,ravi15,raju16,kulkarni16,arun30, ravi30,raju30,kulkarni30 etc
