I tried, same keys in sap also. In my case(macro) i have to navigate couple of times within sap and excel. But using this macro, once the cursor moves to excel, again it is not coming back to sap to perform pending steps. Is there any variable that i can declare to activate sap and excel. Re: $$Excel-Macros$$ Access other applications using macro's
Hi, I need macro for the following cases. Case 1: I have the list of document numbers in excel where I will paste those in SAP application. Now I am picking this data manually everyday. If I enter one document number in SAP I am getting the data for it, in same way I have to download data for atleast 100 documents numbers. Since I have list of documents already listed in excel, thinking to automate. So that I can get the relevant data for 100 documents in one shot. Case2: I have to download data from one website everyday. It's the same as above. In this scenario I will paste the document number one by one in a website instead of SAP. Hi Mahesh, Thanks for your reply. I have added extra numbers below that. And this macro is not accepting. And also is it possible to make the matching cells as one color instead of moving to next column. /Suresh On Thu, Sep 29, 2011 at 1:19 AM, Mahesh parab wrote: > Hi Suresh > > find attach > > Try : > Sub Mtest() > Dim Rng1 As Range, cell As Range, cell2 As Range > Dim Temp As Variant > Dim Sum As String > Dim i As Integer > Set Rng1 = Range("A1:A" & Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row) > For Each Temp In Range("B1:B" & Cells(Rows.Count, 2).End(xlUp).Row) > On Error Resume Next > For Each cell In Rng1 > For i = 1 To Rng1.Cells.Count > Set cell2 = Rng1.Cells(i) > Sum = (cell.Value + cell2.Value) > If Sum = Temp Then > If cell.Address <> cell2.Address Then > cell.Copy Destination:=Sheets("Sheet2").Range("F" & > Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1) > cell.ClearContents > cell2.Copy Destination:=Sheets("Sheet2").Range("F" & > Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1) > cell2.ClearContents > 'cell.Cut Destination:=Sheets("Sheet2").Range("F" & > Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1) > 'cell2.Cut Destination:=Sheets("Sheet2").Range("G" & > Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1) > Temp.Cut Destination:=Sheets("Sheet2").Range("E" & > Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1) > End If > End If > Next i > Columns("A").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeBlanks).Delete shift:=xlShiftUp > Next cell > Next Temp > End Sub > > > HTH > Mahesh > > On Wed, Sep 28, 2011 at 9:01 PM, suresh k wrote: > >> Hi All, >> >> Any macro man can help me on this. >> >> I have attached the excel with my query. >> >> /Suresh >> >> -- >> >> -- >> Some important links for excel users: >> 1. Hi Sam, Thanks for your reply. Once the cells in Column A match towards Column B should not consider for second time. For eg: 3 & 5 is already matched with 8 in column B. so these cells should not come for next calculation. /Suresh On Wed, Sep 28, 2011 at 9:04 PM, Sam Mathai Chacko wrote: > what about 6 and 3 as a match for 9 > > > On Wed, Sep 28, 2011 at 9:01 PM, suresh k wrote: > >> Hi All, >> >> Any macro man can help me on this. >> >> I have attached the excel with my query. >> >> /Suresh >> >> -- >> >> -- >> Some important links for excel users: >> 1.
