If I enter the Customer in B27 I'd like for todays date to be entered
in F27 automatically. How would you keep the date from changing the

instead of writing  =NOW()  or =TODAY()  in a cell

select a cell then
press Ctrl + ;(for FIXED today's date )
press Ctrl + Shift + :(for Fixed Now time )
