It would be very difficult to precisely figure the length of text and then
decide on the length of the text and then wrap it
Anyway, in case you want to activate word wrap on any change in the cell,
use
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
Target.WrapText = True
End Sub
in the code sheet.
