Job Description

Responsibilities:

  *   Base engine performance tuning.
  *   Aftertreatment integration tuning.
  *   Engine/Aftertreatment diagnostics validation.
  *   OBD Calibration.
  *   Gather field/test cell data and run DOE simulations, present the findings 
and get the tunings approved to meet OBD regulations.
  *   Test cell and vehicle validation.
  *   Warranty data analysis using Matlab, Minitab, *.xls.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  *   Master's in Electrical or Controls.
  *   3-5 years of experience in Matlab/Simulink software development.
  *   Engine domain and aftertreatment knowledge.
  *   Knowledge of dyno testing, vehicle testing, data collection and analysis

Tools.

  *   Experience in statistical data analysis using Minitab, Matlab, and excel.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  *   PTC Integrity.
  *   CAN and automotive communication protocols.
