U can use conditional format for each col in that u can use format only
rows that contain lessthanequalto and in formula write =min(range) and
format cell color to desire color.

Hi Experts

I have some data and I have get minimum no out of that by MIN formula. Now
I want a formula or VBA macro to do following.

1. Minimum of column D, H, L  gets highlighted as shown above.
2. Minimum's name is mentioned against each cell in column O.

Pls see sample file attached.

Pls help me here.
