Hi All, Is it possible to program a excel sheet to schedule 4 call center agents working in 3 different shift(0630-1430, 1430-2230 and 2230-0630) for 6 days in a week( 4 days for call center operations and for 2 days for other works) and getting single day off on different days... What I want to ask is to possible to put inmacros tht will calculate the execute staff schedulling based on the above prarmeters????
