you can copy one salary slip so many times and change emp code whenever you want. individually you can make one by one salary slip and send through mail. even you can add any number of employee in list. If you have doubt then send me sample file. I will try my best. Why do use mail merge .You can create single sheet work book as you salary ship and give password to it and also mail the password to the concerned person through a text file attached along with the salary sheet. Hello Sir, I have a problem related to mail through excel. basically I have to make salary slip. and forward it to the employees. I manage the data into the excel and do mail merge in MS word. now the problem is start, I have to make saperately file for the each employee and have to send one by one. Question 1- Is any way that we can make saperately file autometically and send to it mail autometically to each employee. 2- is any way that every file haveing its own password and its password would be employee DOB or any other key I wish it has solution.
