Hi Pankaj, On column C you could write the following formula =trim(a1) trim(b1) You will have no leading or trailing spaces when paste the content of column C in the Notepad for instance. But when I paste the content of the resultant cell in a text editor I get in the beginning and the end of the text. Why is it appearing and how to prevent it from appearing?
