It will be very difficult to move the code to the personal.xlsb workbook
without the initial file retaining some code. Can you explain why you want
to do so ? Maybe there should be alternative solutions.

downloaded from *SAP -ERP *,With help of macro it is consolidated into
a*pivot table
* in worksheet *analysis*.Every day i have to do this process many
times,That's why i propose to include in Personal macro workbook,so that

Can you attach a sample file such as issued from SAP ? The next point to
discuss is the detail sheets from the pivot. Do you want all of them or only
the ones you double clicked on the value field

Please see the attched macro work book 'Sample file with macro.xlsx
when this is macro executed from the attached file it is running without any
problem.But the same module when copied into PERSONAL MACRO WOKBOOK, the
line calling function 'SPELLNUMBER' is throwing '#NAME' error .Program line
is (Line.no-202) (ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 =
=SpellNumber(round(GETPIVOTDATA(VALUE,R1C1,Category,RC[-2]),0))).I

apperas that it is not recogonizing the function 'SPELLNUMBER'

Hi,

You should indicate the file name before the function :
Eg. Personal.xlsb! SpellNumber...

Hi Friends,

Please see the attched macro work book 'Sample file with macro.xlsx
when this is macro executed from the attached file it is running without any
problem.But the same module when copied into PERSONAL MACRO WOKBOOK, the
line calling function 'SPELLNUMBER' is throwing '#NAME' error .Program line
is (Line.no-202) (ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 =
=SpellNumber(round(GETPIVOTDATA(VALUE,R1C1,Category,RC[-2]),0))).I
t
apperas that it is not recogonizing the function 'SPELLNUMBER'
included in the same module when copied into personal macro book,Also i
wanted to drill down the pivotable(in w.sheet ANALYSIS) in such way that the
Name of new worksheet being created during drill down being taken form the
row label  (Final b,Apex..etc) of pivot table on which I clicked.Since I am
novice to excel vba,i am not competent enough to solve this issue.please see
the attachement  Kindly help.
