Dear Pravin, PFA with Revised and Swapnil one solution is also the same but it is disturbing the Date Column which has been undisturbed in my file. Choose which ever suits your requirement. Yes, Actually I apply conditional formating for A2 and then copy it to all cells... thats y date formatting get change..
