*Exp : 6+ Years*

*Salesforce Exp : 3 Years*



*Qualifications*

   - *Over 6 years of IT experience with a minimum 3 years of professional
   experience with the Salesforce eco-system*
   - *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
   combination of education and experience*
   - *3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position*
   - At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities
   (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform
   - Strong understanding of Salesforce infrastructure, security and
   related cloud technologies
   - Desired prior experience on Financial Services Cloud & Service Cloud
   implementations
   - Extensive development experience with Salesforce development
   technologies; security, process builder, flow, workflow, APEX, VisualForce,
   Lightning, Community, Workflows, Triggers, API, SOSL, SOQL, REST, App builde
   - Experience in HTML, XML, JavaScript, Java, relational databases, SQL,
   ETL tools, etc.
   - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple
   assignments in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
   - Experience with bi-directional integrations between Salesforce and
   other business applications
   - Possess expertise in understanding and guiding end-to-end business
   processes, and mapping those recommended processes into features and
   workflows into Salesforce environment
   - One or more current Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1 or
   2, App Builder, Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud)
   preferred
   - Dynamic and self-motivated person with a strong customer focus with
   the ability to lead new initiatives across the platform
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
