Use the below formula.

 

For Forecast 1 =SUMPRODUCT((MONTH($B$3:$DC$3)=MONTH(B$10))*$B$4:$DC$4)

 

For AHT
=SUMPRODUCT((MONTH($B$3:$DC$3)=MONTH(B$10))*$B$5:$DC$5)
