Dear Hemant,

1. In your second column you can use EOMONTH() to find the last date of the 
month. Instead of the long function you are using. (Useable with version 
2007)
2. As you have 3 different cases for finding due date you should use 3 
different columns.
3. I have used the following function to get desired results based on the 
data provided in E column (Credit card date)
*=IF(ISNUMBER(E2),TEXT(E2,"dd/mm/"),IF(ISTEXT(E2),E2,TEXT(C2,"mmm")))*

4. Some cleaning of data might be needed as some of your data is entered as 
text.
5. See the attached sheet for details. Columns where I have made changes 
are marked in Pink color.
