*Location   :  *  *Princeton, NJ*

*Duration  :6+ Months*



*Job Requirements*

   - Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal, written and
   oral communication skills.
   - Hands-on work on at least 2 Remedy development or upgrade projects,
   including one moving from 7.x, 8.x, or 9.x.
   - Experience and a good working knowledge of Unix/Linux or Windows is a
   plus.
   - Java and XML experience is a plus.
   - At least 7 years experience in the use of BMC Remedy applications is
   preferred.
   - In-depth knowledge, expertise, and proven experience in assisting
   large, complex organizations in the adoption and transition to at least
   three of the following BMC products:
  - BMC Remedy Incident, includes Work Orders
  - BMC Service Request Management & Digital Workplace (Highly
  Preferred)
  - BMC Remedy Change
  - BMC Remedy Problem
  - BMC Atrium CMDB/Asset Management and/or ADDM Discovery
  - BMC Action Request System
  - Service Level Management
