Position: SAP CRM Lead Location: Piscataway, NJ Duration: Long term contract Job Description: · Expected to have minimum 10 years relevant experiences in SAPCRM and over all minimum 15 years in SAP. · Should have CRM and ECC integration experience · Replication of master and transaction data from CRM to ECC and vice versa · SAP FI integration ex: knowledge in Dispute case · Sound knowledge in CRM interaction center, like transaction types, categorization schema, transaction launcher(URL & BOR), Copy controls, Navigation bar profiles, business role configuration, ERMS · Very sound knowledge in CTI and its integration to SAP CRM, agent profiles, E- mail configuration, ( this area should be mandatory & candidate must have atleast 2 project work experience) · Should worked in Scrum methodology, and more over be a scrum master, assigning ,monitoring tasks, velocity in each sprint and to report same in client daily standup. · Good Documenting skills, and presentation skills, smart co-ordination with offshore team. · CRM Techno functional will an have advantage. · Knowledge in data migration from non SAP systems.
