· Need to be strong with AWS

· Very strong with Automation

· Strong with Ansible



*Important Skills*

*Technical – *Java Virtual Machine Performance tuning, Linux and Windows,
Ant, Python, and Ruby, Jenkins, Jira, Puppet or Chef or Ansible

*Soft – *Able to hit the ground running, quick learner, strong communication



*Must Haves:*

The must-have list really just includes having one of the specific
automation tools below that the manager is looking for and then the rest
can be comparable tools that would be easily transferable.



· strong in the area of automation and provisioning within AWS

· DevOps and Agile methodologies

· Java Virtual Machine Performance tuning

· Linux and Windows

· Ant, Python, and Ruby

· Jenkins

· Jira

· Puppet or Chef or Ansible
