First Word:-
=IFERROR(LEFT(A3,FIND( ,A3,1)),)

Second word-
=TRIM(IFERROR(LEFT(RIGHT(A3,LEN(A3)-FIND( ,A3,1)),FIND(
,RIGHT(A3,LEN(A3)-FIND( ,A3,1,))
Third word:-
=RIGHT(A3,LEN(A3)-FIND(#,SUBSTITUTE(A3,
