Don't u think, its a too complex formula for the simple problem ?
We can directly use large and small function to calculate order and index +
match unction to calculate the name.

My function is not so complex as you think.
It is simple substitute of Index and Match.
but it is working without using helping column for large or Small.
User have more option and they can use as per their convenience.
