Mr. Sam yes I understand u, at first some of the top rows I copy the
badge nos with the fill handle.

The badge nos changed like :

105427

5-Oct-11

6

 

In the Sr. no 2 the badge no should be 105427 only, same like the first
one.

 

I did not check it before sorry.

But the logic is clear to u I think so.

A few rows on the top has a logic that is different from the logic in a
few rows below. Either that, or I am not able to understand your
conditional format rule. Please let us know what is the logic used.
