Press Shift + Ctrl P and add the ranges to list box.. Range should have same column.. Not a single heading should be blank.. First it copy all range data to A temp sheet and Create a pivot table.. then it will delete that temp sheet.. With Pivot table all data will store in Pivot Cache you can retrieve the data again ..
