Hi Ron,

I'm not using Ex2k yet but from Active directory training, security groups
can be used to provide access to resources (Shares and printers etc) and
also for distribution purposes (Exchange 2k), whereas distribution groups
can only be used for distribution purposes.

Like I said haven't actually used this in anger yet so peoples practical
experience may carry more weight.
