RE: Exchange 2000 ForestPrep Fails
I am trying to run it on an AD domain. I am trying to extend the schema in perpetration for the first Exchange 2K server in the site. The Exchange 5.5 server is in a trusted NT 4 domain. I have checked the site and org names and they appear to be fine. I am now on the phone with MS tech support. Hopefully they will find what is causing the error. RE: Exchange 2000 ForestPrep Fails
What's the LDAP port set to on the exchange 5.5 server that you are pointing forestprep to? If it is anything other than 389, forestprep can get upset and return this error. Jamie, As I understand it, Forestprep is only meant to be run on a Windows 2000 domain...
