RE: How can U check what is in SRS

2002-06-06 Thread Chris Scharff

And what were the results of the RPC Ping tests in your previous thread?

Side note: I read around 500 Exchange related posts a day between the
various forums I monitor, which I'm sure isn't a record of any kind... But
still, it's pure chance I happened to remember that you asked a similar
question earlier in this forum. To me it seems silly to have to start all
over again, when unless I'm missing something, there's already a perfectly
good thread hanging out there waiting for additional information.

If you want to see what is in the SRS, connect to the E2K server with
the 5.5 admin program.

We have an SRS.edb file on our Exchange 2000 server but we don't think
it
has any valid data in it as the exchange 5.5 site we joined does not see
any config data (even when we force replication of the config_CA).

We have run eseutil to dump out the table stats and there appears to be
data in there but I don't know for sure as all this displays is a list
of
table names and a few figures.

We think the exchange 2000 configuraion is not being written into this
file and need to prove it.

Any tools available to do this?

Leo
