Searching the Database
Does anyone know of an app that can search any email in the database and report on content of the message? Basically if I want to find all messages from all users that have the word Microsoft in a message the tool will either show me the message or show me who has the message. I might be slightly biased on this one ... but KVS offers the Discovery Accelerator (http://www.kvsplc.com/EnterpriseVaultDiscoveryAccelerator.asp) which will do excactly what you are looking for. -- Martin Tuip MVP Exchange Exchange 2000 List owner www.exchange-mail.org www.sharepointserver.com [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- - Original Message - From: Morgan, Joshua (Greenville) [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Exchange Discussions [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, November 11, 2003 10:35 AM Subject: Searching the Database Does anyone know of an app that can search any email in the database and report on content of the message? RE: Searching Exchange Database
You can search under subject and or attachment but not individual word in the body. No tool known of from MS unless you go a 3rd party or upgrade to Exchange 2000 and rollout full index searching. -Original Message- From: McCready, Robert [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Friday, September 06, 2002 11:35 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Searching Exchange Database Is there any way, to search the information store for a particular E-mail?
