So far, adding the registry entry, SendTrustedIssuerList to our exchange, domain controllers and just yesterday, our radius server seems to have cleared up the problems. More than likely, you don't have an outgoing connector configured. Turn on SMTP logging in IIS and look at THOSE logs. The presence of a file in BadMail doesn't mean anything other than delivery failed. It doesn't tell you why. Have you enabled the IP address of the SMTP server in the receive connector on the 2010 server? You might want to try creating a customer receive connector on the Hub transport server which will allow e-mail from this server to be delivered. Have you tried an telnet test from the console of the old E2K3 server?? Sent on the run! Exchange System Attendant is running under the local System account. I know this is some sort of a permissions issue with Exchange creating the DSProxy in AD, but I don't know how to fix it.
