MAX C2C compression
Hi there! Looking for a Yay or Nay on C2C. It's kinda pricey, but has an OWA add-on component that great but cheapie QuantaZip doesn't have. I'm going to remove 16 BDC/Exchange servers from the field and home them at my office in prep for E2K/Clustering. Bandwidth/Attachments are a HUGE consideriation. Is anyone else out there using this? Success? Any major complaints? Any info is appreciated, Thank you! Jill B. RE: 30 day Email removal policy
***Almost*** did the trick, except it doesn't run on BDC's, which all of my EX servers are (with the exception of those on W2k, which it also does not run on). We were in the process of AD migration which would have led to the E2K migration when 9/11 happened and all travel/ spending was cancelled. Apparently, few are travelling, especially those of us in the travel industry... Thank you for all of your help everyone! Jill B. RE: 30 day Email removal policy
No, actually I tried to install it and it said, MS EXCHANGE SERVER MAILBOX MANAGER SETUP WAS UNABLE TO ASSIGN THE SERVICE ACCOUNT THE LOG ON AS SERVICE RIGHT BECAUSE THIS MACHINE IS ACTING AS A BDC FOR YOUR NETWORK. PLEASE USE THE WINDOWS NT USER MANAGER TO CONFIRM THAT THE MICROOSFT EXCHANGE SERVER MAILBOX MANAGER SERVICE ACCOUNT HAS THE LOG ON AS A SERVICE RIGHT We have a mixed domain, NT 4.0, sp6a, E5.5, Sp4. It then quits and says Buh Bye. Well, not exactly, but you get the point. -Original Message- From: Robert.Fish [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, October 23, 2001 11:47 AM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: RE: 30 day Email removal policy Could you provide more information on this, I run it on several BDC's with no ill-effects. You can get it from PSS or I believe it's on the Microsoft Developers Network under the product samples. -Original Message- From: Pamela Gengler [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, August 15, 2001 3:11 PM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: Guidgen.exe Anyone know where I can download this program?
