I am selecting GMT (London - with DST) and the extra zone is EST - 5:00 (US Canada - with DST). It shows the difference as 7 hours instead of 5. My servers have the correct time for their locations. All running 5.5, SP3. No updates or patches have been installed in the past few weeks so do not understand why it is suddenly doing this. Any ideas would be appreciated !!! RE: Antigen problems
I have had problems after upgrading from 5.5. Work long hours with European support to locate and no luck. Best workaround is a fresh install. Schedule downtime - stop all traffic going to this server and follow instructions below Run the standard uninstall utility Check the following Regfistry Entires are deleted (Have never had any entries that had to be manually removed, but here they are) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Antig en for Exchange HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sybari Software HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Antigen (where is the services names) Delete the Antigen folder and its subdirectories. by default: C:\Program Files\Sybari Software Check for the following files in the WINNT\system32 directory. inetfl.ocx, SybariNavigator.dll, RemotingLayer.dll. If any of these files exist rename them to .old Make sure you are logged into the server with the Antigen Service Account delete the Mailbox MAPI profile created by Antigen on the server. Remove the Exchange Mailbox created by Antigen (Exchange services will need to be started for this to happen). Delete any scheduled update processes remaining using a C:AT /Delete Regards Jacques -Original Message- From: Bibel, Laura Y. We turned up logging to program.log in Antigen at the request of Sybari, but nothing indicated a problem there. Where did you find the FAQ? [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Saturday, November 03, 2001 7:25 AM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: Antigen problems We've been having persistent problems with Antigen, possibly since upgrading to W2K. We have Exchange 5.5SP4 with Antigen 6.2 build 840. We've upgraded Antigen several times (from 5.5). On occasion, the manual scan or internet scan will stop working. We can't run a manual scan or attach to the internet scan from the GUI. Our only option is to cycle the Exchange services. Is anyone seeing these problems? RE: OWA view
Steve, Unfortunately all our workstations has w2k with office2k. Unless windows messaging was installed at some point this will not work. Any other ideas??? thanks again jacques -Original Message- From: STEVE BROOK [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 15 October 2001 14:25 To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: RE: OWA view I believe this is known as a feature :) OWA does not read views stored in Outlook format, but does read Exchange format views. Therefore in the Outlook client, go to the properties page of the Sent Items folder and make sure that the Automatically generate Microsoft Exchange Views box is ticked. Close Outlook, open Exchange client (the original Inbox, if you type in a Run box EXCHNG32.EXE it brings it up). Go to the properties of the Sent Items again and create a new view (call it something like OWA view) set the fields you wish to see, set the Group by field to To, save and apply. Now on opening OWA, you will be able to choose this view from the available folder views. Hope this all makes sense :) SB -Original Message- From: Le Roux, Jacques (TWIi London) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 15 October 2001 11:46 To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: RE: OWA view exch5.5 sp3 on nt4 sp6a -Original Message- From: Le Roux, Jacques (TWIi London) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 15 October 2001 11:36 To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: OWA view I am wondering if anyone has come across this one or should I say have come across a fix for this one.
