I've setup new mailboxes for each resource, and made the primary accoutn the secretary here, then I added them to the list of mailboxes which she has open, however the calendars are not visable now.. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Distribute personal information
Server : Windows NT Server 4.0 SP 6a Exchange Server 5.5 SP3 Clients : Outlook 97 We have an ISP that holds our external e-mail. Clients (about 220) are using Outlook 97 with Internet e-mail service to connect to our ISP to download e-mail. Today when we want new accounts, delete accounts, change accounts we have to contact our ISP and tell them to make the changes. If we move to another server (at ISP) we can administer our accounts ourselves. But this implies that all our users need to reconfigure Internet e-mail service with new account name, new password and new server-name. All this information (account name, password) will be stored in an Excel-file. How could I distribute this information so that every user just gets his/hers own information ?
