As the email admin for one of the top internet gifting companies in the world I can say Don's answer is spot on. A 3rd party is the way to go with this. Most of those 3rd parties already have agreements with ISP's regarding email blasts of this nature. I totally recommend this is the way to go. We also use cheetahmail which we find very professional and they do the jon well. We recently brought on another 3rd party who at first wanted all the NDR's to come back directly to us. I was on the call and advised management about the ramifications of this. Needless to say that did not happen and the 3rd party receives all the bounce backs. Your corporate email servers should never be used for mass email blasts. As Don stated this is a perfect way to get your entire company shut down as your ISP will ban you in an instant. Hi, Two Exchange 2003 servers display this when I telnet to each of them: Version: 6.0.3790.3959 Version: 6.0.3790.1830 Does the difference in version # tell me anything? Is one of them missing a particular patch(es)? Thx You most likely are missing patches/service pack. Go to ESM and right click on the server and select properties. It will tell you the version and Service pack. Don't mistake the AAA for Resource Scheuling. As stated before the AAA can do more things than Resource Scheduling. I switched from resource scheduling to the AAA and it is much better. Especially when someone tries to book a conference room forever. By default the AAA will only allow up to 12 months I believe. Are you sure you have that domain set up to allow auto forwarding? Go to ESM, Global Settings, Internet Message Formats. Also, check to make sure your intermediate cert on your web server has not expired. I had this issue with verisign where my Class 3 verisign intermediate cert expired in 2004.
