Hey guys,

Maybe you can help me out with something here. We've recently migrated from
Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. The migration seems to have gone well.
We're able to connect to the Exchange server via MAPI, IMAP, and to OWA w/o
any problems from Windows machines. However, I am having trouble with Mac
users (we only have a hand full of them) trying to access OWA from off of
our network. If they bring their Mac laptop onto the network they can
access OWA just fine.

So, this sounds like a firewall issue to me. Except that Windows users can
access OWA w/o a problem from off of our network. I've had the firewall
guys open up ports 80 and 443 (among other required ports) to our
webserver. We're not having any problems with our certificate that I can
tell. When a Mac user connects they don't get anything displayed to them.
It just "spins."

This happens from Firefox and Safari.

I had one user who said they experienced the problem, and then went home the
next day and was able to connect. She says she didn't change anything, and
I know I hadn't changed anything yet.

Oh yeah...our setup....we are not running an Edge server. We are running a
single CAS/HT server and a single mailbox server. The mailbox server is not
accessible to the internet. The clients connect to the CAS/HT.

If anyone has any insight I would really appreciate it. If you need anymore
info please let me know.

Thanks!

Rob
