Yes, see it quite often. Most of the time due to dns problem.
Just check on earthlink.net by doing a q=soa, they just update
their dns record - serial 2001103000. Looks like they just modify
the dns.

Has anyone experienced certain messages to certain domains stuck in the
outbound IMS? For example, I have 2 destined for earthlink.net sitting
there with the error network error during host resolution.
