Entourage crashes when updating
I have a Mac user using Entourage 2004 (updated) connecting to an Exchange 2003 server. Upon launching Entourage, it hangs when update contacts. Sometimes it hangs at other stages but it has come to a point where she can't use Entourage at all. I loaded her profile in Outlook 2007 and everything updated just fine. Not sure what to do next... Have you tried deleting her profile within Entourage and setting up a new one from scratch? Yes, I even tried to create a new profile on a different Mac and same issue.
