Forwarding messages via X.400 connector

Title: Forwarding messages via X.400 connector

Hi guys,
Tonight I have experienced strange issue. I have theory what happened but I would like to hear your opinion.
We have user's survey on internal web page which will generate html message with answers and send it to one of our users. This user had 5 of those messages (HTML) and he tried to forward them as one message (RTF) another to another user. (Actually, he selected 5 html messages, right-clicked on them and he chosen Forward Items). The second user is on another server in another site in another country. We are connection with this site by X.400 connector. Our user sent message and afterwards he got non-delivery message from our bridge server. You can see it below. (Sorry, I had to change the names in X.400 address).

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Surname, Name on 1/23/2002 4:32 PM
A syntax error was detected in the content of the message
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=SITE;a=CONNECTIONS;p=COMPANY;l=HOMESERVER-020123213211Z-2772
 MSEXCH:MSExchangeMTA:SITE:BRIDGESERVER

I have theory that X.400 bridge server was trying convert message to correct X.400 format. Converting was not possible because of errors in html code inside of wrapped messages so bridge server sent it back as non-deliverable.

It must be something wrong with bridge server because the home server (server where the mailbox is actually located) sent this message fine. I tried to send this same message to another user in our site and message was delivered fine.

I can say that message was 80 kB in size - our X.400 limit is much higher.
We were able to send a regular message to user in another country with no problems.
Any idea?

I
think it is pretty possible.
On the
other side, there is a couple different servers there - two exchange for sending
messages to us and two UNIX boxes with X.400 connectors for receiving messages
from us (for antivirus scanning purposes).

  on
the x.400 connector is there a option for RTF like there is options on the
IMS? If there is, is it possible on the other end this is not
  enabled?
