OWA Access from Different Server

2001-09-09 Thread Zangara, Jim

Hello

I am part of a WAN
that has several bridgehead servers and about a hundred Exchange 5.5 sp4
servers.

I am responsible for
two of these servers that bothemail addresses on
ourdomain.

One of these servers
has a direct internet connection so we are using it for OWA.

Users who mailbox
reside on that server have no problems at all accessing OWA.

Users whose
mailboxes are on the other server cannot access it at all.

They get Unable to
get inbox - I know it is not an alias issue as we use the full SMTP
address.

I thought it was
trust but we have a reciprocal trust relationship and I can access all files on
their domain and they can access all of mine. We also use wins replication
that seems to be working fine (no error messages).

I am thinking I need
a connector between the two servers. In looking at the setups (that I
inherited) we have site connectors to different bridgehead
servers.

Can anyone point me
in the direction to go to learn how to set this up?

Could not find
anything on Microsoft or in the archives.

Ordered a couple of
books but would like to get a jump on this if possible.

TIA

Jim

What is the Exchange relationship (org/site topology) on these servers?

You say there is a trust setup, so we are spanning NT domains.
