You say you are trying to disable OWA but the error message is about OA. They are not the same thing. What are you actually trying to do, to what version of Exchange, and how are you trying to do it? RE: OWA Error
Sorry I meant OA Error Message is “ERROR: The Outlook Anywhere feature has multiple Configurations on ‘server_name.domain.com’” • Background: Two locations Calgary and Toronto • Exchange is connected via VPN Tunnel. • MX Preference points to Calgary Us Users that have their maibox on Calgary's server can access their e-mail via OWA. But users that have their mailbox on Toronto server cannot. So I am trying to disable the OA and I get the above error message. From: Michael B. Hello. We are currently experiencing problems with our OWA. The application will fail and become inaccessible with the following message appearing on the server screen; Inetinfo.exe Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point ?HTMLEscapeWYGXPBGAAVCVirtualStringK@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library QUERY.dll Once we click on the OK, the OWA service resumes.
